As Marketing Manager- Student Engagement, you will be responsible for developing and delivering the marketing communications strategy for a broad student engagement and enrichment portfolio that aims to enhance the student experience and promote inclusivityfor the Coventry University Groups varied and vibrant global student community.The post holder will have oversight and management of existing marketing communications channels as well as designing and developing new ways of engaging with the student community. You will lead the development and execution of marketing communications acrossthe student journey to ensure initiatives are communicated at a time and point that content will resonate, to drive their students to make the most of the opportunities on offer to attain their educational goals, and to facilitate an engaged student community.The ideal candidate will:- Be educated to a graduate level or have demonstrable relevant professional experience and qualifications- Have significant proven and demonstrable experience in a relevant position with proven ability to develop a return on investment using digitally-led solutions and developing marketing strategies - Have strong campaign and event management skills, experience in writing and editing marketing collateral and commissioning photography/video, and experience - Have management experience including leading a team and projectsOn offer there is an industry leading rewards and benefits package that includes a generous pension scheme, excellent holiday allowances, an agile working policy, a cycle to work scheme and so much more!
