Job Description

Summary This Tudor house is a survivor from the 1500s, while holding a collection of weapons and suits of armour from various European countries, also has a cosy and traditional Victorian tea-room. Outside is Ruffords Victorian and Edwardian gardens filled withColourful borders, manicured lawns, an orchard and even a squirrel-shaped topiary.The Hours:37.5 hours per week, shift pattern working Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday - (no split shifts or evening work). What youll be doing With your passion for food and your appetite to provide an exceptional service to your customers, youll work with the National Trust Cookbook framework to prepare delicious food.Youll enjoy preparing food from scratch using fresh/seasonal ingredients and will be confident with creating bakes,making, soups, stews, sausage rolls and preparing & presenting food to order served directly to the customers over busy lunchtime periods.You will receive a bespoke induction and allergen/food safety training.
