We are as committed to the development of our colleagues as we are to delivering excellent services to our residents.Specialist Housing Manager Responsibilities:

Lead, manage, coach and develop their team to achieve KPI and PI targets and deliver an excellent service in all aspects of housing management, including: Resident engagement and satisfaction, void and relet management, Arrears management, ASB Management.

Deliver a high-quality inspection regime for all sites covered by the role, providing assurance to the Elim Board and local authority partners.

Effectively manage the delivery of service contracts, liaising with and providing assurance to commissioning partners as required.

Develop new partnerships and nurture existing ones as required to continuously improve service delivery to our residents and commissioners.

Specialist Housing Manager Requirements:

At least 5-years’ experience in a housing management role, including management of voids, arrears, ASB etc.

Experience of designing and implementing new processes or systems to improve service delivery, e.g. quality assurance processes.

Experience of leading teams through change.

Previous experience of line management.

Experience of working with diverse communities.
