Job Description

Mpeople are excited to be recruiting for an International Sales Administrator on behalf of our reputable and thriving client based in Radcliffe.This is a great opportunity to join a well-established business that can offer you some excellent benefits:

  • Salary: Up to £23,000
  • Hours of work: 8.30am - 5pm Monday to Thursday and 8.30am - 1.45pm on a Friday.

  • The International Sales Administrator will support, enable and enhance the successful, professional and profitable running of the company by supporting the International Customer Service department with communications to overseas customers, generating International/transport documentation, and customs support.Key responsibilities:
  • Act as lead contact for existing international customers
  • Respond quickly to all customer requests and queries
  • Ensure all orders are processed and delivered in a timely manner
  • Ensure that international sales are invoiced quickly and efficiently, and that appropriate payment and credit terms are in place with all customers, with the pre-approval of the line manager
  • Completion of any Letters of Credit and Chamber of Commerce e-Cert forms (certificate of origin, EUR1 and international transportation documents including CMR and producing packing lists and commercial invoices)
  • Liaise with factory and operations staff to ensure that export orders are despatched on time in full
  • Work based competencies:
  • Competency in typing accurately and with agreed level of speed
  • Great administration, organisational skills and time management skills
  • Competency in IT including Word, Outlook, Excel
  • Understanding of financial IT systems (Encore)
  • Strong communication skills including excellent telephone manner
  • Behavioural competencies:
  • Demonstrate and generate enthusiasm
