All staff have access to one- one management supervision ,an annual appraisal with 6 month review and a variety of clinical supervision including case studies, journal club and specialist development sessions.We are a family-friendly service and offer flexible working options, including various shifts, job share, compressed hours, generous annual leave and more.When you join our team, we’ll help you find your feet including a supportive I individualised induction programme.Roles Summary:The IV service has developed within the community and the team provide community IV services to patients both in a clinic setting and in the patient’s own home (Domiciliary). The services aim to provide IV antibiotics and infusions to patients whom are on a community pathway.The post holder will provide high quality, skilled IV care and will be expected to participate in a full holistic assessment to meet the patient’s needs.There are a variety shift patterns available that cover the service over 7 days covering the service between the hours of 08.00 and 20:00hrsKey responsibilities/ specification
