Job Description

Salary - £24,000 per Annum Tempoary 3 month Contract - possibilty of extension depending on business needsLocation - Nottingham A Day in the Life:Reporting directly to the Car Control Specialist you will be responsible for the management of traffic fines, together with contributing to the asset protection & compliance of a fleet of over 10000 vehicles.The role is central to the daily operation and efficiency of the company, interacting with all departments to provide essential support. Liaising with internal departments, rental locations and an external fine management company to ensure all fines aremanaged and costs are controlled.The role creates and reviews essential reports / data to ensure the accurate recording of asset information ensuring protection for Hertz interests.What Youll Do:

  • Responsible for -
    • Create reports for Senior Management review - from various sources
    • Management of vehicle status, reporting on UK performance for multiple KPIs
    • Completion of International fleet check, weekly and monthly
    • Support Corporate Services in providing and loading supporting documentation to justify fines billed.
    • Create manual invoices to send to GDRB team to bill customers for outstanding fine charges
    • Organise payment for toll roads for all UK usage - ie DART, Mersey and Congestion
    • Support asset overdue reporting and management with UK branches
    • Attend weekly internal calls and contribute as required to create efficiencies and support UK KPIs
    • Queries - both internal & external
    • Liaise with internal & external partners / authorities to problem solve fines queued for manual management in the GEM fines system
    • Hertz on Demand, leisure and corporate fines - creation of billing reports to ensure rebilling is accurate and complete
    • Create stolen vehicle reports and record accurately to protect Hertz assets
    • Resolve vehicle issues is systems to support all departments
    • Transfer of vehicles between departments
  • Utilises, Microsoft Office & multiple internal and external systems
  • Collaborates with key internal and external partners to maximise revenue control / reimbursement of fines and protect Hertz key assets.
  • Supports all business units, providing details to support audit and compliance, fleet protection
  • Creates / Develops new processes to bring about departmental efficiencies, allowing focus on Key Metrics
  • Contributes to department performance by meeting key metrics such as Non Rev, Fleet Control, Utilisation, Revenue protection, Corporate account chargebacks
