We are currently representing an award-winning Consultancy based around the Nottingham area that are actively looking for an Architectural Technician / Technologist to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for an Architectural Technician / Technologistto build and develop a career within a talented team.Our client specialises within the Commercial, Education, Residential and Blue Light sectors so they are seeking a candidate with experience within one or more of these sectors as well as have a keen interest in working within the other sectors. This Consultancyis Revit using so they are seeking an Architectural Technician / Technologist that is experienced using this software.The successful Architectural Technician / Technologist will have the opportunity to broaden their skillset and play an integral role within the team. Work on a range of developments within the Education, Commercial, Blue Light and Residential sectors
Prepare drawing packages and specifications
Assist with running and coordinating projects
Produce tender packages
Use Revit daily

Architectural Technician / Technologist Position Requirements

Strong technical knowledge
Previous professional experience working with Revit
Around 5 + Years Professional Experience; Post Qualification
Experience within the Commercial, Education, Residential and / or Blue Light sectors
Excellent knowledge of UK Building Regulations and Planning Regulations
Highly motivated with an excellent work ethic
Living in or around the Nottingham area
Full UK Driving Licence

Architectural Technician / Technologist Position Remuneration

Salary; £34,000 - £40,000 + (DOE)
Holiday; 21 Days + Bank Holidays + Christmas Break
