We’re looking for a people-focused and sales driven Retail Manager to join our team at Kedleston. With a reputation for quality experiences we want to create wonder, celebrate and inspire creativity and design, while facilitating authentic conversations that reflect on our past and create meaning for our future.Our shop is a key component of our visitor offer and can be accessed via both our hall and gardens. Our last Retail Manager has worked hard to develop a strong local retail range and seasonal plants range which enhances the core National Trust stock and helps us to connect our product to our story and unique offer.We are looking for a motivated and experienced Retail Manager to help us safely re-open our shop and to continue to develop our Retail offer longer term.Please read the role profile attached for more information.To be successful in the role you’ll need to have/be:
