SALES NEGOTIATORFull-time. Permanent.Great package - basic (according to experience) plus realistic OTE £30K - £35KAre you in estate agency but looking to utilise your knowledge and skill in a different wayAre you wanting to benefit from excellent team commissionsDo you want to earn commission from month oneAn exciting and rewarding opportunity has arisen for an experienced estate agency sales negotiator.Our clients are a highly-successful property auction house with partnered agents across the region.They are looking for an experienced sales negotiator who can not only advise potential clients of the benefits of a sale by auction but also engender dynamic working relations with their agents to ensure the auction route is a well-considered and consistently-promotedmethod of sale.Candidates must have;

Experience of selling property
An understanding of the auction operation.
Ability to engage with partner agents.
Have a proven track record.
People management skills.
Good diary management and self-motivation skills.

Hours of work: 9.00am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday (late on auction day) and 1 Saturday per month, 9.00am - 1.00pm.Benefits:
