Employer description:For nearly 50 years, Pentagon have worked alongside the critical industries we serve by providing best-in-class freight forwarding and logistics.Their aim is simpleto deliver certainty for a world that never stops.Overview:They now have an exciting opportunity, as theyre looking to add 2 Apprentice Operations Administrators to their team based at their Aberdeen location.Salary:£19,000 - £23,000 per annum.What will I be doingDuties will include:

Data entry - to complete and upload documentation to include but not be limited to Customs (HMRC) Forms, Supplier invoices and other third-party documentation on CW1 Operations system
General admin to support the import and export departments, including using Outlook to communicate with the departments amongst other applications
Data Processing - to complete and upload relevant documentation translated into usable information
Review and process documentation and ensure accuracy of completion
Transferring data onto the IT system
