Just Life Sciences are seeking a Head of Analytical Chemistry for a Global Life Science business, being responsible for the who of the Analytical Chemistry function, you will have substantial experience within Analytical Chemistry.As an Analytical Chemistry manager you will manage day to day running of the analytical team and facilities supporting internal R&D, Production, Quality and Regulatory customers.Duties Ensuring compliance of testing according to documented internal processes Engage with site wide continuous improvement projects and where appropriate across manufacturing sites globally ensuring standardisation of testing and results. Planning and executing departmental continuous programs including implementation of new systems to increase productivity Ensuring relevant departmental workload is structured and delivered in time Ensuring effective team training and departmental complianceQualifications and Experience 5 or more years experience in a supervisor or management role in a quality or analytical laboratory Degree in physical sciences, ideally a higher degree Expert knowledge of analytical techniques and method development, ideally in chromatography methods and instrumentation Working knowledge ISO9001 and GxP standards and requirementsInterested then please email your CV to justyn at justlifesciences dot com
