Job Description

Juice is delighted to be supporting a leading communications expert just outside Bath, with their search for a part time or full time Administrator. Our client is well-established in the area and has worked with some fantastic businesses nationwide.You will be joining a successful and hard-working team, providing integral support to the operations and administration of the office and wider teams.We are looking for a competent and hard-working individual, with strong communication skills. This will be a varied role; therefore, we are looking for someone with a hands-on approach, who enjoys getting stuck in with new responsibilities.Duties include but not limited to -

  • Answering telephone calls and resolving queries or directing them forward as appropriate
  • Raising purchase orders against requests for equipment etc, from all other departments, including direct sourcing using company credit card
  • Receipt of orders from sales, creating new project cases via the CRM platform including the creation of comprehensive notes regarding the customer requirements
  • Liaising with the engineering manager to ensure effective management of each new and continuing project.
  • Supporting the administration manager on inputting data into the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform
  • Responsibility for the coordination of faulty equipment, both within the office and from customer sites. Undertake regular audits of returned equipment.
  • Greet and assist visitors to the office
  • Maintain office supplies by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies including placing and expediting orders
  • Accepting and dispatching deliveries at the office. Receive, sort, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail
  • Shared responsibility for answering incoming emails to the admin inbox from various departments and resolving/forwarding on as appropriate.
  • Supporting the finance manager with adhoc tasks
  • Assisting the admin manager and finance manager with the implementation and ongoing maintenance of a new billing platform
Ideally you will have at least 5 years administration experience, with good knowledge of MS products and demonstrate you can pick new systems up quickly. You will have the ability to prioritise your work and be highly organised.Benefits: 20 days paid leave per annum, plus all bank and public holidays.
