At Care South, a leading not for profit social care organisation, we have an opportunity for a full time Home Care Staff Supervisor to join us working at our office Peasedown St John on the outskirts of Bath. Key duties for Home Care Staff Supervisor include (but may not be limited to):

To support and supervise our Home Care Assistants.
Oversee the professional development of new and existing staff.
To allocate staff to training, recording leave, sickness and other absences when needed.
To work with the wider team to ensure continuity of approach, maintaining clear communication.
To cover care calls when they are not allocated.

Holder of an NVQ or Diploma Level 3 in Health and Social Care
Strong IT skills, ability to multitask and work to internal objectives
A genuine desire to make a positive impact on the lives of our residents
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Holder of an enhanced DBS on the update service or prepared to undertake one
