Job Description

Protection Advisor Mon-Fri - 9am-6pm Full time permanentSalary: £30k - £32K OTE £70KLocation: South ManchesterProtection Advisor Purpose:This is an amazing opportunity for an experienced telesales advisor to join an established team responsible for selling a range of protection insurance products. You will establish customer needs and sell suitable products to meet those needs ensuring theright customer outcome is achieved.Protection advisor Responsibilities:

  • Convert client enquiries to policies for prospective clients over the phone
  • To generate business equal to or in excess of monthly target
  • Providing every client with an exceptional customer service level and ensure TCF and best customer outcome is achieved
  • To use all data to maximise sales
  • Provide the client with the best possible advice
  • To ensure the client provides all relevant documentation and is chased up for this where required
  • To work and administer workflows, diaries and chase calls within required timescales
  • Ensuring maximum revenue is collected by the business
  • Dealing with all clients in a positive and professional manner
  • To give feedback / ideas on how processes can be improved / made more efficient
  • To act in a professional manner and deliver excellent customer service at all times
  • Deal with any client queries as required
  • Ensuring computer records are kept up to date
  • To undertake any other duties that fall within the scope of this job
Ideal Skills:
  • RO5 Qualified
  • 2 years experience within Financial Services/Life insurance
  • Experience in Protection Insurance products
  • Quick thinking
