Job Description

A great opportunity has come up with a business who have sites across the UK.This position is working at their site in Trafford just a ten minute walk from Trafford Bar tram stop.This will be an ongoing temporary assignment, potential to be made permanent for the right person, starting immediately.Working on a busy helpdesk, the appointed person will carry out the following duties - but not be limited to:Answer inbound callsRecord data on the internal systemLiaise with other parties within the companySpeak with external Healthcare expertsEmail communicationPlus moreThis position would suit someone who comes from a background within customer service and experience within a telephony style job.The working hours are on shifts with change weekly between 08:00 - 16:00 & 10:00 - 18:00.Once training has been completed there is the option of hybrid working and this would be arranged with management on the days as they can be flexible.Depending on experience they are paying up to £12.00 per hour which is paid on a weekly basis.If the above is of interest, you have the relevant experience to be successful within this role and available to start immediately, then please either apply online NOW or contact me at
