Supporting almost 4,000 users, this is a fabulous opportunity for someone who is keen to start their career inIT Support.The successful candidate will ensure all issues and queries are managed and handled professionally, accurately and in a timely manner. Working within agreed SLA’s you will ensure correct support and procedures are followed, portraying a confident approachto users and colleagues.Requirements:- Solid experience gained within a customer service role (face to face or telephone based)- Tech savvy - an understanding and awareness of IT support and technologies.- You will be comfortable working in a fast paced environment, whilst remaining calm under pressure- An effective communicator with good interpersonal skills and have the ability to work to well as part of a team.If youre an enthusiastic team player with excellent customer service skills, looking to commence their career in IT support, then Im really keen to hear from you.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
