Job Description

Bid ManagerOur client offers a range of products and services to the NHS and private hospital market. - Procedure Packs Theatre Products, Drapes and Gowns and Infection Control / Outsourced sterilisation products. A market leading UK listed company specialising in the provision of theatre services and products to NHS and private hospitals throughout the UK.

  • Role -Working for a market leading medical device and consumable provider this is an excellent opportunity for an experienced bid professional to work in a strategic position focusing on winning business through tender / bid opportunities. Managing a team of three and working closely with Marketing and Sales the role will see the appointed person tasked with representing the organisation in written tenders. Key to the role will be the ability to effectively communicate clinical and service differentiators to procurement professionals within NHS and private hospitals to position our client as the provider of choice.Applicant -
  • Previous written / tender bid experience is prerequisite
  • Healthcare experience is advantageous but certainly not essential
  • Track record of securing business via tender / bid process
  • Able to work well in cross function teams in-house
  • Proven man management experience is advantageous - management of the bid process and involved departments through the bid cycle is essential
