Job Description

A multi-billion-pound turn-over business is looking for a Finance assistant to join their team in LeedsMain duties of the role:

  • Invoice/credit and email to the customer through the system on a daily basis
  • Raise manual invoice or credit for rebate/SOA claims
  • Send monthly statements to customers through the system
  • Chase payment and allocate to SAP
  • Work with sales team to sort out and debit notes or deductions from customer
  • Dealing with customers closely to sort any query in case of late payment
  • Develop weekly credit limit report from SAP
  • Manage the credit report for new customers and monitor any changes on a regular basis
  • Post customer payment on SAP
The ideal candidate will have experience using SAP however this is not essential but being competent in excel is.Study support for AAT/ACCA/CIMA is available.This role will offer a flexible working pattern for the right candidate.Job type: Permanent, full-time Salary: £23,000 - £27,000
