Job Description

Workshop AdministratorLeeds (LS25)Salary of £26,000Amazing Benefits!Whats in it for you* 28 Days Holiday including bank holidays * On-Site Parking* Life insurance * Competitive SalaryWe are looking for a Workshop Administrator to join a well-established, commercial vehicle supplier company based in LS25. We are looking for candidates with a keen eye for detail, great organisation and a great attitude towards their work.Due to the nature of the business you will be required to work one in five Saturdays so a level of flexibility is needed.In your new Workshop Administrator job, you will report directly to the Workshop Manager and you will provide effective Administrative and Operational support for the workshop functions. This is a very important and varied role for the company as the smallestof mistakes can have a massive impact so if you are up for the challenge, then please get in touch!What you will be doing as a Workshop Administrator:* Managing mechanics workload* Dealing with scheduled vehicle maintenance and breakdown enquiries* Communicating with external repairers to ensure that work is completed* Scanning paper work onto in-house systems (MOT certificates etc..)* Uploading compliance paperwork onto the system * Obtaining documentation from external parties * Managing deadlines and ensuring all documents are filed on time* General Administrative duties and support to the teamWhat we are looking for:* 1 years minimum experience in a similar role * Ability to think on your feet * Excellent organisational skills* Ability to use MS Packages * Excellent telephone manner* Keen eye for detailIf you have a passion for being an effective Workshop Administrator and are looking to take the next step in your career in Leeds (LS25), then this is the perfect job for you!
