Job Description

If you pride yourself in providing excellent customer service our client based in LS25 are recruiting for a Sales Administrator to join their team. Working in a fast-paced environment you will be working closely with the sales team to ensure all customersreceive an exceptional service.Due to the location of this role own transport is ideally needed.Your role- Processing email orders using SAGE. Investigating customers deliveries which could be delayed/lost/damaged. Organising return orders. Logging all queries. Working in a strict timely manner to ensure all customer enquires/complaints are dealt with within 1 hour. Processing, coding, and inputting sales orders on SAGE. Supporting the team with any Admin tasks. Assisting with product advice to customers when needed. Coordinating and processing the demo fleet, special orders and service issues. Sending monthly surveys regarding feedback.The ideal candidate - Customer service background. Can work in a timely manner. Strong attention to detail.
