Job Description

Team PA Our client, a small but growing finance company are looking for a dedicated Team PA to support senior staff and their teams in the London Office.This role will include

  • Inbox management
  • Complex diary, meeting, and international travel coordination.
  • Meeting room booking / VC set up
  • Gatekeeping / phone screening
  • Client hospitality organisation
  • Expenses
This role is suited to Assistants with stable experience supporting those at senior level in Professional Services, Banking or Finance. We are looking for high calibre candidates who have a collaborative, methodical and discrete nature. An accurate, pre-emptive,problem solver will suit this dynamic and fast paced role.£45,000 to £50,000 base salary plus discretionary bonus plus private pension and healthcare.LK People are a leading U.K. recruitment consultancy.
