As the recruitment agency facilitating this search, weare looking for candidates with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience to handle the end-to-end logistics process and international coordination. Responsibilities:

Manage and optimise end-to-end logistics processes, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Coordinate international shipments, liaising closely with overseas partners to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance supply chain performance and meet business objectives.
Oversee customs compliance and navigate regulatory requirements for smooth international shipments.
Collaborate with internal teams to streamline operational processes, including procurement, inventory management, and order fulfilment.
Conduct regular performance reviews of logistics providers and negotiate contracts to ensure optimal service levels.
Monitor and report key performance indicators, providing insights to drive continuous improvement.
Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, carriers, and customs authorities.
Provide leadership and guidance to the logistics team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in logistics management.
