Lettings Negotiator - West LondonSalary: £18,000 - £22,000 (Basic Salary) + 10% Commission on RevenueLocation: West CentralHours: Mon-Thu (9 am - 6 pm), Fri (9 am - 5:30 pm), and alternate Saturdays (9:30 am - 1 pm)Are you an enthusiastic and ambitious individual with a passion for property Were seeking a driven Lettings Negotiator to be a key player in our high performing office letting high specification homes across West Central.Key Responsibilities:

Conduct engaging property viewings
Maintain a top-notch applicant database
Offer regular feedback to applicants and landlords
Demonstrate proactive skills to attract and retain business

What Were Looking For:

Experience as a Lettings Negotiator in the West Central area
Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills
Outstanding communication skills (written and oral)
Positive, ambitious, and customer-focused attitude
Motivated to meet and exceed targets
Self-motivated with a "can-do" spirit
Meticulous attention to detail
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Intermediate MS Word, Excel, & Outlook skills
Full UK driving license
