Responsibilities:
  • Create a welcoming environment providing home from home luxury
  • Deliver a range of amazing ELEMIS face and body treatments
  • Demonstrate respect, sensitivity and concern for guests needs
  • Uphold stringent health and safety standards when giving advice
  • Ensure treatment rooms are clean, well presented and well stocked
  • Use proper protocols with regard to professional draping techniques
  • Build great relationships so the client will come again and bring friends!
  • Retail the gorgeous range of spa products and treatments
  • Attend meetings, training and workshops as required
Requirements:
  • NVQ Level 3 or equivalent essential
  • Target driven with strong retailing skills
  • Well presented with high standard of personal grooming
  • Excellent communication and written English skills
  • Committed to providing the highest quality treatments
  • Fully flexible with regard to working hours as required
To thrive in this role, you will be a highly motivated Beauty or Spa Therapist who is enthusiastic about delivering a premium service and enjoy working in a luxury spa environment.
