The companyStarr Luxury is a privately owned company with a versatile and vibrant team, Starr Luxury is experiencing a rapid growth and requires a focussed team player with a keen understanding of the luxury industry.The CandidateThe role is based in London in Berkeley Square, Mayfair.A great job opportunity as the right candidate will get involved and take on new projects and can advance a career as the company grows.A highly organized Office Assistant to support the team at Starr Luxury and the dynamic entrepreneur; owner of Starr Luxury Cars and Starr Luxury Jets.A versatile role in a fast-paced environment, the right candidate is a team player, happy working independently and close with others.Duties Include But Not Limited To

  • Assure confidentiality in the handling of aIll business
  • Calendar/Office/Phone Management
  • Collating and managing expense reports (Business and Personal)
  • Basic bookkeeping
  • Create, review and summarize miscellaneous reports and documents
  • Prepare background documents and inbound/outbound mail
  • Maintain all hard copy and digital records for ongoing projects
  • Sales team support
  • Marketing analysis and Social Media trends
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of front of house office experience
  • Sound writing ability and use of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • A keen understanding and experience of the luxury industry
