Job Description

Roman Recruitment are currently recruiting a Sales Negotiator for a growing property company. The property company has been established for over 20 years’ and is able to offer development for the future as they grow.This would be an ideal opportunity for a Senior Lettings Administrator or Lettings Negotiator to get into a rapidly growing estate agents and expand your knowledge and skills, with an opportunity to progress in the future.Lettings Negotiator Overview

Handling confidential calls, files, etc

Carrying out inspections and viewings for properties

Liaising with both landlords, vendors and company accounts staff

Diary management & email management

Negotiating offers for sales & lettings

Assisting with progressing applications for tenants, including all paperwork and certificates

Assisting in property maintenance and general day-to-day tenant management

Lettings Negotiator Requirements

Previous experience working in a Lettings / Sales Negotiator role is essential

A full UK drivers’ license is essential as travelling to properties is a major part of the role

A great understanding of property websites and software is essential

Lettings Negotiator Remuneration

Salary £20,000 - £28,000 (Flexible) + Commission

Hours Core Hours / Monday - Friday + (Saturdays when required)

Holidays 20 days + 8 days bank holiday
