Job Description

A boutique fund manager is seeking a Operations & Client Service Analyst to join their team. This role supports the CIO & COO and covers all areas of business & investment operations of the investment vehicles and the management company as well as assistingin client servicing.Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Portfolio reconciliations
  • Client reporting
  • Answering client queries & requests
  • Trade confirmations & FX hedging
  • Checking compliance with UCITS guidelines
  • Assisting with company accounts.
  • Preparation of marketing materials.
  • Ad-hoc tasks to support the investment team
The role would be focused on operations and client service & will evolve as the company grows. The aim is to hire a multitasking employee who will roll their sleeves up and help across all aspects of the company.Some previous operations experience in fund management is required. The successful candidate will be fully trained whilst working in the role.The role requires:
  • Previous business/investment operations experience in fund management
  • Strong communication skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong MS Office products: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong team player with ability to develop good working relationships with colleagues.
  • A hardworking, flexible, and proactive approach to work.
  • Ability to work under own initiative.
  • Good time management skills.
