A Passion and knowledge of Luxury Cars is an advantage.The roleA role in a dynamic and start-up focussed on a Luxury client transport service, you will be responsible for the day to day admin, dealing with client enquiries, handing over vehicles to our VIP clients, among other client requests This is a role where youwill be engaging Starr Luxury Cars clients on a daily basis, office-based replying to client enquiries, invoicing and confirming bookings. You must be confident in negotiating with suppliers and stakeholders and be comfortable operating in a concierge-styleenvironment. The right candidate will have a passion for providing a high level of service, with a professional yet determined approach, and be an excellent communicator, proficient at managing multiple tasks.The CandidateThe successful candidate will be service-oriented and commercially minded with a proven track record in delivering a stellar service. Previous experience working in the luxury travel sector or with HNWIs is a must. Automotive knowledge would be advantageous.Strong client management, organisation and excellent communication skills are paramount. This role would suit someone with a strong Luxury travel, hospitality or concierge services background, looking for a unique opportunity to make an impact in the highlysought-after luxury travel industry.Duties Include But Not Limited ToSales and invoicing for Starr Luxury Cars core services, Self-drive hire, Chauffeur services, Driver on-demand, Experiences and Concierge.Negotiation with existing suppliersClient services (calls, booking reservations, vehicle handovers)Booking of vehiclesHeld a full UK driving licence for more than 5 yearsMust have a great knowledge of Luxury carsAged 28 and overExperience in a Luxury service and client-facing environment - providing quality serviceA team player, communicating effectively with colleagues to achieve best working practicesExcellent presentation skillsAbility to plan, prioritise and deliver to tight deadlinesVery strong organisational, administrative and IT skillsDetail orientedPlease attach a covering letter with your application highlighting why you are a great fit for the role and what attracted you to the role.
