Job Description

Web Developer / Mid-Level C# Developer (Hybrid role) We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Web Developer / Mid-Level C# Developer seeking a new & exciting challenge for 2022. The role is with UKs Leading Multi-Award Winning LuxuryTravel Brand who are on the search for a Web Developer / Mid-Level C# Developer to join their specialist team in Central London.The role will be responsible for ensuring the travel organisations desktop, tablet and mobile platforms are running smoothly at all times and will be part of the digital development life-cycle, which includes design, analysis, and software development.Responsibilities include, front-end and some back-end development, interacting with senior managers, sales team, stakeholders, end users and technology partners.You will have a first class approach to programming/coding by ensuring development with the given web design/layout to ensure optimal conversions across the company.Web Developer Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Communicating with technical and non-technical users to understand requirements and develop system functionality
  • Developing web applications in C# .NET in MVC asp .net
  • Writing high quality and well documented code
  • Refactoring and optimising existing code
  • Identifying, diagnosing, and resolving issues
  • Communicating with technical and non-technical users to understand requirements and develop system functionality
  • Managing and maintaining various systems environments as required
  • Promoting solutions to various system environments as required
  • Work on the companys Search Engine Optimisation with a good knowledge of core vitals
Essential Technical Skills & Experience:
  • Minimum 2 years experience
  • ASP.NET version 4.5
  • Web Services (REST and SOAP)
  • MVC 5.0
  • Web API
  • JSON
  • C# .Net, XML, XSL
  • HTML5 , CSS3, jQuery /Javascript
  • Visual Studio 2013 onwards
  • Team Foundation Server
  • Microsoft SQL Server 2019
  • T-SQL, Stored procedures, SQL server agent job, DTS
  • Experience with a CMS
  • Experience with Proprietary and Open APIs
  • Experience with Cloud technologies
  • Travel Industry experience preferable.
  • Design Patterns
  • Payment Gateways PCI compliance
