Our roots in Elstree led to our early client base in the media, music and entertainment industry.Wehave an excellent opportunity for an Administration Assistant to join our highly successful Tax department in our Mayfair office.Role responsibilities for theAdministration Assistant:

  • Supporting the Tax department with all general administration duties
  • Supporting with the onboarding of clients, preparation of client tax status reports, coordination of information requests, and collating tax returns and other documents
  • Providing general support to any visitors to the London office
  • Assisting with e-filing returns/FBARs during busier periods/deadline week
  • Drafting letters to IRS / HMRC
  • Photocopying, scanning, printing, courier handling
  • Preparing expenses sheets and timesheets
  • Maintaining client records including updating on client database / electronic filing system
  • Assisting with WIP reporting/analysis/billing
  • Providing holiday, telephone and lunch cover for all members of the Business Support team
  • Any other ad hoc duties assigned by the Manager
Requirements for theAdministration Assistant:
  • Previous experience as an Office Administrative Assistant or Virtual Assistant
  • You will ideally have worked within an Accountancy practice or in a professional services environment
  • Confident in communicating with more senior members of staff and not be afraid to ask questions to assist in your progression
  • Good educational background
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise work
  • Good organisation and professionalism
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Commercially minded with a level of flexibility
