Job Description

Our Client, Greenlight Telecoms are currently recruiting for a B2B Telesales Executive.Greenlight Telecoms is a rapidly expanding division within the Greenlight Group, to drive this expansion further, a home based Telesales team is required to create business appointments for our VoIP / Telecom sales team. Following these sales meetings, a costed proposal will be created covering the detailed requirements covered during the meeting with a view to onboarding the business as a new client. The Telesales team will be theinitial contact with prospects and will drive sales and growth whilst learning valuable and transferrable skills.Training will be conducted in our offices in central Manchester. The role moving forwards will be a blend of office and home-based flexible working, to be discussed and agreed with the candidate to support the new working landscape we findourselves in.Key Responsibilities

  • Maintaining accurate data and business records within the CRM system.
  • Placing outbound sales calls to businesses across the UK.
  • Sending professionally written emails and calendar invites.
  • Clear communication with prospects and the sales team.
  • Identifying the correct industries and verticals to target, quickly identifying the decision maker within an organisation.
  • Persuade the decision maker to accept an appointment to discuss the products and services the company can provideand how they will be of benefit and add value to their business.
  • Answer objections swiftly and professionally whilst always pushing the concept of an appointment to discuss further.
  • Targets being met on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
  • Regular reporting prepared for reviews where further training and support will be discussed and scheduled.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
  • Tenacious, positive attitude with the ability to handle rejection.
  • Excellent communication skills; verbal and written.
  • Previous sales telesales or appointment setting experience desirable.
  • Experience of developing and maintaining strong client-based relationships.
  • Sales experience within the Telecoms industry desirable.
  • Competent with the use of technology and the use of the Microsoft Office Suite of products.
  • Strong persuasion skills.

  • Selling value - how to proposition a product or service appropriately to add how it adds value to a customer, taking the conversation away from a commercial discussion.

Hours of work 9- 5 (35 hours per week).Salary £22,000 to £25,000 per annum based on experience plus generous commission.Holidays 20 days plus Bank holidaysWhy should you apply
