Employment Partner £95kA mid-tier commercial practice in Manchester is now looking to appoint a Partner in the Employment team. Applications are invited from Solicitors currently in Partnership or a Senior Associate looking for the next step. A following is not required however ademonstrable track record of winning and retaining business is essential.My client is a fast growing commercial practice based in prestigious offices in Manchester city centre. Having made significant strides in the last two years on the Top 100 list, their team of ambitious and customer focused Lawyers are challenging the establishmentby offering superb legal advice at a more competitive price and with a modern approach to customer service.Following a number of high profile appointments in their Commercial and Real Estate teams, they are now looking to add more depth to their Employment department by appointing a Partner with experience of handling big ticket respondent Employment cases.An Employment Solicitor, you will be passionate about business and will have a track record of successful client tenders. You will have experience of managing a team whilst always looking to improve processes and reports. You will be an inspirational leaderand highly ambitious.
