Job Title: Regional Sales Manager Location: ManchesterSalary: £22k-£25k basic salary/ with £10k OTESector: Plastic For more than 60 years our client has been developing customised plastic solutions for construction, manufacturing, mobility and medical technology. The company is now looking for enthusiastic and hard-working graduates to join their sales team charged with looking after and growing their share of the UK market. Regional Sales Manager Package:- A competitive basic salary of £22,000-£25,000- Y1 OTE of £35,000- Mobile, iPad and Laptop- Regular socials in a welcoming, inclusive environment- Lucrative bonus and incentive schemes- Excellent progression, learning and development potentialRegional Sales Manager Role:- Maintain a full understanding of extensive product ranges to ensure a high level of technical knowledge and the ability to articulate the companys offering to potential customers- A business to business field sales role, you will travel around the North of England, visiting clients on site in order to present, negotiate and close business with them- Working closely with the Key Account Manager and the international sales team to enable regional growth- Reach out to potential customers and contact existing clients to set up meetings- Deliver monthly presentations to Directors, showing progress and development delivered within your region- Liaising with production, logistics and technical colleagues both in the UK and European sites to ensure customer satisfactionRegional Sales Manager: Requirements- Educated to degree level- Full driving License required- Strong communication skills- you will be speaking to potential and existing clients regularly, including senior business professionals- Comfortable in a target driven environment- Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed- A team player, who can effectively manage their time to meet objectivesPareto Law values diversity and promotes equality.
