We are keen to integrate expert clinicians into our services and are seeking to recruit a specialist older age practitioner to join our Psychiatric Liaison Service, however, you will also be required to have some experience within the working-age field.This post will allow positive and experienced clinicians to join the team, as a clinical Band 7 post.You will have an excellent and positive approach to work, with an outstanding, demonstrable background of providing high-quality care. You will have an insight into liaison psychiatry and the national guidelines impacting these services. You will have experience and willingness to teach and educate others within the team and the wider network as well as a commitment to service development, staff development and the best possible outcomes for people in the acute hospital setting.You will be a flexible and keen nurse, social worker, occupational therapist or psychologist with experience of the assessment of complex presentations and, at the centre of your approach; you will vehemently support the best interests and engagement of the individual and their carers and/or family.
