Job Description

An exciting opportunity has become available for a talented Client Program Manager to join the Account Management & Implementation team.What we need from youKey Responsibilities of the Client Program Manager role include:- Daily engagement with your client to build strong relationships and ensure customer satisfaction- Build, maintain and develop internal and external relationships with key stakeholders through effective written, verbal and face to face communication.- Generate sales among client accounts, including upselling and cross-selling- Operates as the point of contact for assigned client(s)- Develops and maintains long-term relationships with accounts- Makes sure clients receive requested products and services in a timely fashion- Communicates client needs and demands- Forecasts and tracks client account metrics- Manage projects within client relationships, working to carry out client goals while meeting TBW goals- Coordinate with staff members working on the same account to ensure consistent service- Collaborates with sales team to reach prospective clients- Delivery of training to end users face to face, webinars, over the phone, video conference- Building strong working relationships across the business to enable delivery of the SLAs within the contract- Working with your team to achieve the overall objective of the contract- Be actively aware of work completed for your clients.- Be knowledgeable about revenue and profitability and report accordingly.- Provide best practice solutions to clients.- Develop, agree and maintain an account plan for each client - Ability to identify and develop opportunities with existing and new commissioning bodies and departments- Achieve KPIs as set out by your managerKey Knowledge skills and experience required:Essential requirements:- Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, or similar and relevant role- Strong influencer with great personable skills.- Experience of working within a changing environment and able to confidently flex with demands- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organisation- Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs- Proven ability to successfully manage multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities- Strong verbal and written communication skillsDesirable requirements:- Strong experience with CRM software - Industry specific experience.In return thebigword offers a competitive salary plus opportunities to develop and grow within the company.
