Job Description

I am currently recruiting for a company based in North Cambridge who are looking for a Technical Sales Administrator. The role is initially a 6-month fixed-term contract however it could extend past this. They are ideally looking for someone who can start immediately and would be able to hit the ground running.Typical duties include:

  • Providing sales quotes to customers
  • Responding to customer queries
  • Liaising with technical support to make sure products meet the customer needs
  • Maintaining and updating the customer database
  • Ad hoc administration within the sales team
    • The successful candidate:
  • Previous experience within a similar role
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products
  • Well organised with good attention to detail
