You will playa critical role in advising and supporting key stakeholders across Homes England, while also engaging with members of the public and other external stakeholders, to provide timely, accurate and compliant responses to requests for information and to complaints.This is an excellent opportunity to join the Information Governance team in a fast growing, national organisation with real social purpose. You will be supported, stretched and encouraged to take ownership of your work, to develop your skills and expertisein the evolving and challenging areas of information governance and data protection.A bit about youYou will bring experience of working within an information access, customer service or compliance role. With this you will bring a strong understanding of the Freedom of Information Act 2000, Environmental Information Regulations 2004 and the subject accessprovisions of the UK General Data Protection Regulation and the Data Protection Act 2018.We are looking for someone who has strong organisational, administrative and computer literacy skills, and who can work well in a team to achieve results in a collaborative, inclusive way. You will be comfortable communicating with diverse stakeholders atvarious levels of the organisation and be able to communicate with others clearly, concisely, and confidently.You will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, with an ability to organise and manage your work with efficiency and accuracy and will be able to demonstrate good customer service skills.Who are we Homes England, the governments housing and regeneration agency, plays a central role in tackling the housing challenges the country now faces.
