Job Description

We are currently recruiting for aStores Foreman to work for a company based in Longstanton.The role is a full time, permanent position working Monday to Friday on a 48-hour week and they’re looking for someone to start as soon as possible.Typical duties would include:

  • Be the main point of contact for all stores and yard activities.
  • Ensure company targets are met accurately and in a timely fashion, abiding by company health and safety policies.
  • Ensure material documentation is filled, filed and recorded on stock control software.
  • Carry out stock counts periodically and act on this accordingly.
  • Look for ways to improve material movement and storage.
  • Ensure health and safety requirements of the company are always met.
  • Working tidily to maintain a safe working environment.
The Successful Candidate:
  • Proactive in assisting others
  • Awareness of Health and Safety standards
  • Physically fit and happy to work outside.
  • Confident using computers.
  • Good organisation, team-working and communication skills.
  • Forklift Licence (Preferable but not required)
