Closing date: 28 November 2022A bit about the role...The Senior Strategy Manager is a key position in Homes Englands central strategy team, which forms part of the Strategy, Research, Analysis and Sponsorship (SRAS) Unit. The team plays a critical role in the interface between policy and delivery, translatingGovernment housing and regeneration priorities into delivery strategies and the Agencys operations. The team works between the fast-paced political realm of Whitehall and the longer-term world of delivering housing and regeneration projects.Reporting to the Assistant Director of Strategy, much of your work will focus on informing and advising the Executive Leadership Team and the Homes England Board through written and verbal briefings. You will be responsible for driving processes that buildconsensus among senior leaders, so that the Agency can continue deliver against Governments stated policy objectives. Youll also support the co-ordination of cross-agency projects and work with other colleagues to support the development of new housing interventions.Externally, you will represent the agency in policy forums and joint working groups, and act as a point of liaison and connection between policy teams and subject matter experts in the Agency.A bit about youYou will be an excellent strategic thinker, creative problem solver and communicator, calm under pressure and accustomed to "spinning several plates" at once.
