Senior Manager - Operational TransitionFull-time, PermanentApplication closing date: 05/12/2022A bit about the role... Working as part of a small but focused team, the Senior Manager - Operational Transition, will play a critical role in the successful implementation of new funding and processes that support the Agencys role as the governments housing accelerator.This is a great opportunity to shape the future of a fast growing, national organisation with real social purpose. Working with the team, the individual will need to demonstrate strong inter-personal skills to support the implementation of new funding andenhanced operational activity - building strong relationships with the Delivery Directorates (Development, Investments, MPP) and Corporate Functions (Risk, Legal, Internal Audit, Assurance, Finance and Strategy).The post holder will report to the Head of Operational Transition and support the design and delivery of key strategic projects including a single approach to decision making across Agency funds.You will be resilient, deadline-driven and comfortable managing stakeholders at all levels and your discussions will always be shaped by a good understanding of the commercial and operational impact of what we do as an agency. You will enjoy working in aninnovative, fun and engaging way and be able to negotiate and persuade.A bit about youYou will be used to "spinning several plates" at once and will always be looking for ways to improve and innovate - supporting new the transition to new ways of working. Youll be comfortable in dealing with change and the design and implementation of newprocesses, aiming to ensure that handover to corporate and delivery teams is efficient, effective and ensures buy-in from colleagues.Delivering on a mission as bold as ours isnt always easy.
