Working with a number of key stakeholders and a professional team you will ensure efficient, consistent and effective resolutionof project objectives supporting the delivery of more affordable housing.A bit about youYoull bring experience of leading projects across a range of work streams, working in a collaborative and inclusive way. With this you will have strong background in business development, research and analysis - supporting the end to end process for projectdesign and implementation.Delivering on a mission as bold as ours isnt always easy. You will be resilient and comfortable managing diverse stakeholders at various levels, collecting and sharing insight and ensuring discussions are shaped by a good understanding of the operationalrequirements linked to affordable housing delivery.You will enjoy working within a fast-paced environment, turn around objectives with efficiency and accuracy and handle changing and expansive portfolios. You will also be an excellent communicator and be able to negotiate and persuade with confidence.You will bring strong experience of affordable housing, business development processes and policy/strategy development.
