The Operations Manager will play a critical role in supporting the Delivery Directorates to achieve Homes Englands strategic objectives by effective reportingto budget holders. You will be joining our highly skilled and diverse team, who are committed to making positive change and supporting the delivery of the agencys mission and objectives.The Operations Senior Manager is dedicated to delivering a first-class service, taking an innovative and creative approach to emerging issues. We believe in working in a flexible way and values diversity in experience to foster good decision making and problemsolving.This is an excellent opportunity to join the newly established Delivery and Enabling Services Team in a fast growing, national organisation with real social purpose.Working with key stakeholders and a professional team you will ensure efficient, consistent and effective reporting of financial and key performance indicators, together with analysis of variances and insights into developing trendsA bit about youWhilst our day job is to deliver first class customer service to our stakeholders on Investments activity, you will be used to "spinning several plates" at once and will always be looking for ways to improve and innovate.Youll be comfortable supporting the Operations Management Team with complex data and diverse reporting requirements across a wide range of KPIs and Financial performance metrics.You will be highly numerate with strong data analysis skills, in-depth knowledge of using spreadsheets to manipulate complex data sets. Possessing proficient at report writing skills, with the ability to contextualize statistical analysis of operationaland strategic deliverablesDelivering on a mission as bold as ours isnt always easy. You will be resilient and comfortable managing stakeholders and your discussions will always be shaped by a good understanding of the impact of what we do as an operations and reporting team.
