It is now seeking to recruit a Junior Finance Business Partner to become involved in the following areas:* Reviewing P+Ls of jobs being carried out* Maximising accuracy of WIP and cost valuation* Understanding the costs of each job in order to maximise profitability* Analysing labour productivity and cost effectiveness* Investigating variances and margin erosions * Developing reports and analysis to maximise profitabilityYou must have strong Excel skills for this Junior Finance Business Partner role. These must be coupled with excellent communication abilities as you will be liaising with senior management.
