The role will also plan preparation for high level visits from government and parliament. This will include proactively liaising with colleagues in DLUHCto advise on appropriate site suggestions for ministerial visits as well as gathering intelligence on ministerial and departmental visit priorities to report back to Agency colleagues.A bit about youThis will be a highly collaborative role and will suit an individual who is able to build good working relationships and work sensitively with others. The successful candidate will be required to work at pace, be a confident communicator both written andverbally and be able to negotiate outcomes working closely with senior internal colleagues and external stakeholders. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate the ability to prioritise work, provide high quality outputs and work to tight deadlines.The postholder will also be expected to be resilient and have an eye for detail but be flexible to work across often complex issues and present it in a clear and concise manner.
