Digital Spend Assurance LeadFulltime, FlexibleClosing Date Extended: 07/11/2022A bit about the role...Working in a team with the Head of Office of the CDDO, Krystalla Michael, the Digital Assurance Lead will play a critical role in ensuring the Digital portfolio follows the Government Digital Service Standards - a set of 18 criteria to help create and rungood digital services. You will be joining our enthusiastic and talented team, who are committed to making positive change in how we deliver Digital services.This is a chance to shape the future of the Digital portfolio in a fast growing, national organisation with real social purpose. Working with internal and external key stakeholders including the Government Digital Service (GDS), the Department for LevellingUp Housing and Communities (DLUC), you will be supporting projects to deliver in line with Government Digital Service Standards.A bit about youWhilst our day job is to deliver first class digital service to our stakeholders, you will be used to "spinning several plates" at once and will always be looking for ways to improve and innovate.Delivering on a mission as bold as ours isnt always easy. You will be resilient and comfortable managing stakeholders at a senior level and your discussions will always be shaped by a good understanding of the commercial and operational impact of what wedo as a Digital team. You will enjoy working in an innovative, fun and engaging way and be able to negotiate and persuade.As an experienced GDS Spend Controls Assurance professional youll understand how to manage colleagues and be able to demonstrate you can work with others as part of a team in a collaborative, inclusive way.Who are we Homes England, the governments housing and regeneration agency, plays a central role in tackling the housing challenges the country now faces.
