Job Description

Our client is a busy manufacturing company based on the outskirts of Cambridge. They are currently looking for an experienced Customer Services Manager to join them on a full-time, permanent basis.Typical duties include:

  • Lead and manage a small team
  • Develop and maintain effective customer relationships
  • Manage and improve quotation processes
  • Resolve any escalated issues
  • Liaise with production to ensure high levels of customer service is maintained
    • The successful candidate
  • Previous experience within a manufacturing/production environment
  • Excellent customer service experience
  • Strong management skills
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure
  • Knowledge of SAP/ERP and Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with Bill of Materials
  • Excellent communicator
