You will be accountable for ensuring the effective delivery of the people strategy, in line with the overall Homes England agency wide strategy and core business objectives.By working within the HR senior management team, you will drive the delivery of the future people vision and colleague experience, as outlined in the People & Culture framework, through a collaborative leadership approach across the organisation. This isa truly exciting opportunity to join Homes England.Now over to youAs the Assistant Director of People Services, you will be able to demonstrate effective experience of leadership of a broad operational HR / shared service function. You will have worked closely with Lead Specialists including HR admin, resourcing, employeerelations, payroll, data and analytics.Your drive and determination will see enable you to provide a strategic perspective with analytical insights, rigour and ability to align business strategy to HR strategy to bring about change and improvements to the People Services team.You will have strong communication skills, with an ability to form robust and effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders with professional credibility, resilience and integrity.
