Our client is a highly successful Property Management Company based in North West London. We are recruiting a Residential Property Manager to join their busy team. The ideal candidate will be experienced in managing a portfolio of up to 180 units alongsidethe smooth running of all property management related issues. On-site parking is provided with generous contractual benefits on offer. Duties to include;* Managing a residential property portfolio* Liaising with Landlords & tenants regularly* Working with maintenance teams for all refurbishments needs* Tenancy renewals* Chasing rent arrears* Deal with deposit registration, release and disputes* Updating property database using bespoke software Skills & attributes:*A minimum 2 years Residential Property management*Good standard education*Strong IT, excel*Team playerThis is an amazing opportunity for a Residential Property Manager to join a friendly team where no two days are the same.
