Job Description

Our client is a highly successful Import Trading company located in North West London. We are recruiting a Logistics Coordinator to join their busy friendly team. The successful candidate will have strong administration, customer Service numeracy & ITwith a minimum 12 months in an administration setting. Duties to include: *Liaison with clients on delivery dates*Dealing with client queries regarding products*Liaising with warehouses to ensure products are ready for transport *Producing daily delivery reports using bespoke software*Checking and approving Haulage invoices *Stock check, liaising with warehouse teams to ensure stock levels are maintained*Any other ad hoc dutiesSkills & Attributes*Good education standard *Ability to prioritise *Strong IT, intermediate Excel*Excellent attention to detail*Team playerThis is a great opportunity for a Logistics Coordinator to hone their skills in a highly successful & value led Trading Group offering a defined a career path.
