Tutti Bambini are a leading nursery furniture manufacturer based in London NW2, retailing through companies such as Argos, Boots and other big retailer names.We are looking for someone enthusiastic and motivated that works well both within a team and independently with a high level of communication and office admin skills. We are a rapidly growing business and this role is perfect for someone wanting to progresswithin the company.Position OverviewEnsuring all our orders leave us promptly and error free as well as operating as a link between retailer and Tutti Bambini providing information, processing orders, dealing with any issues up to receipt of goods.This is a position working within our busy operations team to cover the following tasks -Outbound Logistics

Order Allocation & Release
Order Management
Monitoring order fulfilment times
Working with the warehouses to ensure steady and ample work flow
Manage outgoing transport for bulk orders
Liaise with our transport partners to improve delivery turnaround and collection times
Commercial Invoices & Paperwork Bulk orders

Key Accounts Operations

Day to day running of operations to include - order processing, order management, dispatches, stock updates
Working with sales team and stock controller to ensure maximum stock availability on all key lines
Liaising with retailer merchandise team to respond to all queries
Maintaining stock levels during promotional periods
Point of contact for all internal queries relating to these accounts
Helping to resolve payment issues due to pricing. delivery queries etc
